R 1200 C ABS
A motorcycle that is both "high tech" and "high touch". Something unmistakably BMW with a character distinctly different from all others. Our number one selling model in 1998 is back in 1999 with a wider variation of colors.
Colors: 275 Boston Green Metallic, 299 Techno Violet, 335 Estoril Blue, 730 Night Black, 732 Ivory and 999 Pine Green.
Seat Color: 732 Ivory comes with a Navy Blue seat. All others come in Black.
Standard Equipment: Integrated ignition switch and lock (handlebars may be locked to the left or right), single-key system, hand brake lever adjustable in 4 positions, clutch lever adjustable in 4 positions, side stand with no-start function (engine may be operated in neutral with the side stand out. Whenever the motorcycle is shifted into first gear, with the side stand out, the engine will be shut off), complete exhaust system made of stainless steel and chrome-plated, three-way catalytic converter with oxygen sensor, two-piece seat (pillion seat may be folded up as a backrest for the rider), leather seat and handlebar grips, high one-piece handlebars, oil cooler integrated in the front frame section, Telelever in front, Monolever in the rear, hazard warning flasher. Roadside Assistance Package & MSF Riding Course is also included.
Optional Accessories: Heated handlebar grips, tank bag, alarm, windshield, low handlebars, pillion-rider comfort saddle, saddlebags, engine protection bars, power socket with trim bezel.
